A barrel of oil is 42 gallons. With these figures, we need 1.167 trucks per second. It's difficult to say the route distance because the map you have posted is Al generated shit. The coast of UAE is not shaped like that. But as the crow flies we're talking something like 400 miles, ignoring the fact that existing roads don't go there and there's no major port near the pickup point. Given an average truck speed of 55 mph, we'd need 1.167 trucks/second * 400 miles / 55 mph = around 30,000 trucks going one way. Multiply that by 2 to account for the returning empty trucks, so 60,000 trucks. Of course, we would not need so many trucks if a shorter overland distance was chosen. Guessing that each tanker truck costs $500k (I don't know really), the cost of the trucks would be $30 billion.
