Rice Paper Bacon 50 grams (2 ounces) medium-sized rice paper sheets (about 5) 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons tamari 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon smoky paprika 10-12 drops liquid smoke 1. Mix the oil, tamari, maple syrup, salt, smoky paprika, and liquid smoke in a bowl. 2. Submerge a piece of rice paper in the mix for one minute. Remove, place on a wet towel, and slice into 2-cm strips. Place strips on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 3. Bake in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven for 7-8 minutes. Cool until crunchy. Enjoy!
