That’s a really useful finding. Looking at the photo, I can see the actuator has been split open and there’s clearly a corroded wire that’s snapped or detached where it meets the lever. So this isn’t a pneumatic system at all — it’s actually electrical, with the wire running through the yellow tubing to trigger a solenoid or similar mechanism in the actuator.
