Jack Fifield @jackfifield.uk · May 25 My first time in Margate. Who's decided to put a massive road and loads of railings next to the beach? You can hear the traffic (lots of constantly revving motorbikes and modified cars) from the sand. This cannot be good for the town. Doesn't make me want to return! Sea was lovely though.

Anyone got any suggestions for nicer places with a sandy beach in this part of the world?
There’s actually just quieter beaches in Margate if that’s what you’re looking for 🙌🏼 If you head further east around the coast you’ll hit Walpole bay which is generally quieter, still a nice beach and there’s no chats going past bc it’s under a cliff face 🥰🥰
