The results are broken down by people with long-term conditions and people without. On physical health, 37% of people with a long-term condition say they feel not very/not at all supported by the NHS to manage their physical health. This compares to 19% of people without a long-term condition. On mental health, 40% of people with a long-term condition say they feel not very/not at all supported by the NHS to manage their mental health. This compares to 20% of people without a long-term condition.
