It's handy to see SysEx commands on my Yamaha MU2000 menu options so I can trigger them through an app or music composition easily. XG MIDI files can be played in a Native mode or BASIC, backwards compatible which is spot on. Fumbling through menus isn't fun, but triggering using an app is great
