That the lived reality of navigating the world in a female body, inside systems designed by and for male dominance anxiety, is sufficiently different from the male experience that treating them as the same subject population for governance purposes is a category error. The evidence supports that. Pharmaceutical trials run predominantly on male subjects, then applied to female patients. Urban planning designed around male movement patterns. Legal systems built on male default assumptions about property, testimony, and bodily autonomy. Different enough to govern differently? The places that have tried it — Nordic council systems with enforced gender parity — show measurably different policy outcomes. Less military spending. More social infrastructure investment.
