We know how to transform bureaucracies. In real life. On complicated problems. What we need is a hunger to learn and adopt these methods, and a movement pushed from all levels to drive and support their adoption (and to further learn and improve them!). 2/n
Is there anyone from the What Works universe there? Most WWCs are pursuing test and learn/co-design-prototype-iterate in some way. But still lots of scope to knit together “what works” & “test and learn” approaches (and their proponents) more deliberately & enthusiastically.
