Both of them are wearing really elaborate bird suits with individual feathers visible. Their legs are normal human trousers and they're both wearing leather boots for humans. The guy on the left is wearing a dark iridescent bird suit, looks like an eagle or a crow, his hat is the bird's head and hooked beak, like a bird of prey. His hands are free, you can see his human fingers. The guy on the right is wearing a white spotted owl costume, his hands look like the paws of a snow leopard. Absolutely glorious!
