2. They knew what their offer was and didn't try to "kitchen sink" me. If you're truly GOOD at a thing, that is what you should pitch. People who throw a laundry list of "services" at me are not very good at any of them and are hoping I will "pay them to get good." I won't.

3. They did their research BEFORE reaching out. If I had a nickel for every sales pitch I've heard with NO IDEA what I actually need, I'd be able to buy myself a very nice steak dinner. It's YOUR job to figure out my needs, and THEN show me how your offering solves my problem.
