How is that even physically possible?'. The other replies. 'The ways of the absurdly wealthy would be myserious, were they not so incredibly obnoxious.'

She says 'Dang, Girl, your hair is Killing!... Hum. Still, there's kind of something off about it though'. Her reflection starts talking to her. 'Something like what, Aurora?'. 'Hmmm IDK....'. The reflection offers 'Uh! I Know! What if you dyed your hair?' The other Aurora thinks about it 'Do ya think?' 'Yeah! Wouldn't you like to dye your hair an extravagant color? I mean, look at you, you're an artist and you have that drab brown color.' 'I like the color, but I think you're right...'.
1st page pf Joaquin Cuevas' "XWOF-01". First panel is a space elevator going to a space station. Narration reads: 'Should've let that smug old guy pay for my teleportation. Six daus in that lousy elevator... no one deserves that kind of torture.' Second panel is a big spread with a bunch of people arriving to a space ring. Narrator says 'Traitorous rat! After all these years...' An old man is angry at the front of the arrival line. The immigration officer says 'Dr Choque? Wow! The other man who made this ring so great! How come you've never visited us?'. Dr. Choque replies 'I didn't spend my whole life working so a bunch of leeches like you could live in paradise!' Third panel a small girl with two donkeys welcomes Dr. Choque. In panel 4 he seems confused when she hugs him. Narration in the last two panels reads 'Did he have a granddaughter??'

Holmes: 'Following which you sat to dine in the altogether, jellied eels with pie and and mash, no less, only to let fall some scalding morsels upon your nether regions!'. Fourth panel. Watson: 'It still burns-- but how the devil do you know?'. Holmes: 'Easy! The cameras I installed in your residence afford me a most splendid view. I do so enjoy watching you slumber.' Fifth panel. Watson: 'Wait, what?'. Someone rings the doorbell. Holmes jumps out of his chair and says 'There's someone at the door!'

In this strip of Everybody Loves Smiley we see Ernie completely asleep in the first panel. He is at his desk, in front of his computer. In the second panel Ella comes in and she says 'Hi Ern!'. Ernie wakes up suddenly and says 'hrng- IM AWAKE!'. In the third panel, unimpressed, Ella says '...Are those reports ready?'. Ernie starts working, with his face looking exhausted, and says 'Sorry, Ella - can't talk -, gotta finish these reports for Ella.'

Sir Richard says 'Yes, I have not left it in nearly fourty years'. Sixth panel Sir Richard continues '..Since I left the 'varsity. One is young there, you know... one has opportunities... But I make no excuses. Oh, no, NO excuses'. Seventh panel narrates 'The Door cracked open--'. Mr. Linton turns around and Sir Richard says 'Ah, Marianne, we have a guest tonight'. Eighth panel shows some sort of fog entering the door. Mr. Linton thinks 'He... He's MAD...', and narration reads '--but no one entered the room'. Ninth panel narrates 'The door slammed back again--and again-- and again-- each time I bowed politely, the sad voice of my host introducing me to PHANTOMS--'. Sir Richard says 'Let me introduce, Mr. Linton.. Lady Mary Errinjer, Ah! Miss Helen Errold, Miss Rosalind Smith, Ah, Late again, Cicely.'. Mr. Linton thinks 'Stark Raving Mad!'.

Third panel is Moon saying 'You are but a sproutling in these lands.' Fourth panel has Pip, Jules and Nibs. Pip says 'Yeah, I'm like 138 or something', and Nibs says 'Wait, you can count?'. Jules is confused.

Be safe on your way, friends!'. Dana says 'G'night!'. Gloria waves and says 'Yeah, sounds good! I am exhausted.' Ernie says 'Hope no one's chasing us, haha'. Ernie is carrying the Smilology box. Second panel has Gloria walking away and noticing that Ernie looks dejected. In the third panel Gloria turns around and says '...You wanted a sleep-over, didn't you?'. Ernie says 'I am always ready with my trusty toothbrush!'

Well, not immediately, but in the end we became a family'/ Fifth panel he looks from the banister down to the front doot, where someone's yelling 'Help! Open up! Please Open the door!'. He keep thinking 'But it's been many months, and we're starting to drift apart again'.

Moon, which was the dark figure, says (startled) 'Waking up? No one wakes up in Slumberland!' Suddenly Sherlock Holmes bursts in yelling 'And that's how I solved the case of the Green Carbuncle!'. He is followed closely by Watson, who says 'I thought it was blue?'

This cartoon is a pun in which Vincent Van Gogh is having Japanese dinner. Underneath him is a label that reads 'Vincent Bangohan' (in katakana and kanji), and Van Gogh says 'Itadakimasu' (in hiragana).

Has - has all this been a joke?? What the HECK!' Second panel has Ernie replying offended 'HEY!! I would ne-' but Gloria interjects to calm Frida down. 'Frida. Calm down. It's Ernie.' Third panel has Frida holding their head and says '...Right. Right. Sorry. Dunno what I was thinking.' Gloria says 'It happens.'. Dana observes from afar while eating pizza, and Ernie mumbles to himself 'I feel like I should be offended'.
This cartoon is a reference to two characters in Herman Melville's novel 'Moby Dick'. Ishmael and Queequeg are standing on top of the white whale Moby Dick in a 'king of the world' pose from Titanic, Queequeg hugging Ishmael from behind. Moby Dick is looking mad, with some harpoons sticking out of it. They are all framed by a heart made by rope, and in the background there's a dark sky and an angry ocean.
Page 61 of Duso. First panel is circular and it's a top-down view of the place where Duso is trapped. He runs around from one side to another, scared. Finally stops. Second panel has Duso leaning against a wall, and a door shape starts forming. On panel 3 the door shape turns into a vertical revolving panel that Duso is pushed over, and in panel 4 he falls on the other side. The revolving panel changes color to green, and Duso falls to the floor. On the 5th panel Duso looks up from the floor at a bunch of cases with items, and on panel 6 he finds himself in a long hallway lined with cases with museum pieces in them.

'Beds do this often around here?'. 'It's new to me.' 'Where do you think we are going?'. Next three panels have the bed leaving the house, with the legs getting progressively wilder. Characters say: 'I guess we are going out for the night'. And as the bed tilts, 'Hang on!'

In this page Duso tries entering the door he just came out of, and end up exiting through another door, to the left. He is not impressed. So he goes to the map to check what is going on, and is surprised to see that the map has changed and he seems to be in a cylindrical room of sorts.

On the second panel Gloria looks at Ernie and says 'No, no, it's my responsibility; I suggested we come look at the address... Plus I also want to check it out.' In the third panel they realize Frida is gone with the box. On the right there's a note that reads: 'June 1915. I found my way to the soldier's mother, a comely woman whose name I'll refrain to mention - as per her request, but whom I'll refer to as Ada. Ada told me that she had also seen 'The Smiley' on the day the picture was taken, and then she revealed something I did not expect. That had been the thirteenth time she had seen the creature.'

This is the first page of the final installment of Bolt Action Banshee, by Zach Acherman. The first panel has Lucien in the foreground, sweating while worried, while behind him an apparition of a skeletal looking woman smiles. The second panel has this apparition come close to him while he holds his son, and the apparition screeches. The third panel has a close up of his eyes wide open, and the fourth one has the same close up but with his eyes closed tight.

This is the first page of the 6th installment of Everybody loves Smiley, from Fodongo Issue 10 . On the left there are three panels. 1st - Gloria and Frida stand in front of a locked door, in the dark. Frida is holding a box and looks worriedly at the door, saying "Nevermind that, what do we do??". Gloria turns around and yells "Ernie, come help--". 2nd - Noticing something, Gloria pulls Frida down, and they look confused. 3rd - Ernie jumps over them and kicks the door open. On the right there's a part of an old diary. It has written: "December 1911. BREAKTHROUGH!!". Below that is an assortment of letters and numbers in a different handwriting. These are circled and pointed at with a note that says "Not my handwriting, is it... Doug's? How did he find this journal? When? What does it mean??"
