The TODO.md + AI automation angle is clean—letting systems run unsupervised takes the pressure off. Building Habit Pixel (habitpixel.com/get) with similar philosophy on reducing friction.

TODO.md as the source of truth for agent tasks is the right call. The whole promise of AI agents collapses when you're still shepherding every step manually. This fixes the actual problem.
