Jeff @jeffmeyer.dev · Aug 7 The city added a hardened yellow curb outside the driveway to the lower Ballard Safeway, and I’m somewhat convinced that it’s made the intersection less safe. Every single time I pass it (daily) I see one of these two illegal maneuvers.

An egregious one I saw on a ride was someone crossing over and driving towards oncoming cars to make this illegal (and not very useful) left turn. I highlighted the curb since it's not clear from google maps but it's one narrow lane in each direction with a hard curb divider.
