I guess a little background real quick

My name is Jeff (my friends call me jeffro) and I live in Fresno California with my wife Kristen, our dog, Maeby, our two cats, Winston and Schmidt and way too many comic books. i’m 48 and GenX af.

I’m an Apple At-home Advisor and have been with the company for almost 10 years. Before that in previous lives i’ve been a photo lab tech, a technical supervisor for a local ISP when such a thing still existed and pizza maker for Chuck E Cheese among other things.

I like taking photos and video but i’m careful to not call myself a photographer. Im currently trying to teach myself video editing in Final Cut but its slow going because my teacher is me and i’m a terrible teacher.

i collect and read too many comics and graphic novels and my office is always in need of more shelf space. i also have a fair amount of Lego sets, both built and bagged up in storage. I recently got into the Disney collectable card game, Lorcana. I don’t play as much as i would like to but its a lot of fun and the card art is beautiful.

politically i’m very liberal/progressive, always vote blue and always a supporter of the marginalized, down-trodden and oppressed. I try to listen to the stories and experiences of those people and welcome them with open arms.

the 2024 US election has me horrified and i’m still trying to fathom the amount of shit we are in now.
