But @lukeoconnor.bsky.social's group showed that burden tests seem to be better at picking out the "right" genes (e.g., APOB for LDL cholesterol, MSH2, BRCA1, BRCA2 for cancer). What gives? Do these tests "converge"? Or are burden tests "better"? www.nature.com/articles/s41... 3/n
