To answer this, we developed WFmoments, a suite of numerical tools for computing things like π and Fst under arbitrary multi-deme Wright-Fisher models. We complemented this theory with more realistic continuous space SLiM simulations. github.com/moiexpositoalonsolab/wfmoments
