They should give it back to Russia. Drive it back to wherever the Russian Navy is in port, park it next to the rest of their ships, and say, here you go, you can have this back. And neglect to mention we packed the yacht with a few thousand pounds of explosives and blow it up the next day

Quick question, how much of the $30m spent to maintain the yachts comes from the fund financed by the sale of seized assets and how much comes from Congressionally appropriated funds?
