I would love for TrIna and Ava to explore more of the art world, but I doubt that will happen, and I don't trust Elizachris as far as I can throw them my expectations remain low to the gutter🤡🤡
Great write up as usual. I did want to point out (only bc I clocked it at the time) that Nina did mention Brennan by name when the next scene started.
“We still don't know where the hell Nathan is living” 😂 I also was amazed the writers were pretty subtle about the Nathan baseball whiff, but as you said with Alexis and Willow, who knows if they have any clue where they’re going with that.
Nailed it. So many possibilities, so little movement. TBH, I will not miss Jason. His monochromatic presence brings nothing to the show. Britt was better when she was animated. Charlotte could be very interesting, more so than Joss ever was. I'm waiting for my invitation to Sidwell's dinner!
Middle aged characters being forced into middle school situations is getting eye-rollingly dull.
Jason & Britt are so much less compelling than they were back in 2021 (when I started re-watching GH after a roughly 30-year hiatus). I rooted for them back then and felt genuinely bad for Britt when he ditched her for Carly. Now they are borderline dull.
I may be a lone voice here, but I enjoyed the Maxie/Nathan/Lulu scenes. They felt organic. Maxie and Lulu worked through a LOT of issues before becoming BFFs. It would take Maxie a hot minute to be okay.
I also hoped that Ava and Trina might be drawn into the dead mom 's back story involving art but I'm not putting on the clown face waiting for #GH to write it. So great of the show to feature a SL for Endometriosis Month.We all remember what special care they took in erasing the black actors for (1)
