I was just setting up some Windows 11 VMs and the OOBE flow is pretty simple, pick locale, sign in with Entra account with TAP, autopilot kicked off, answered privacy questions, setup WHFB and at the desktop, done. I am curious how you would improve it?

There are sooooo many steps. It's terrible. iOS and Android are usually a lot simpler.
