(2/2) A mosaic spheroid containing both AQP1-overexpressing (brown) and control (purple) lymphatic endothelial cells was cultured under hyperosmotic stress (500 mOsm) with VEGF-C. AQP1-expressing cells migrate extensively into sprouts, while control cells remain near the spheroid core.
