#macOS' built-in OCR and Translate, along with use of Shortcuts and Quick Look can give you really nifty workflows like this. I use Shottr in this recording, but it can be done with Cmd+Shift+5 -> Save to Clipboard to achieve the same results. (More explanations in ALT text)

Here's the Shortcuts that I have, in case anyone wants them. Since it's all via Clipboard and OCR, these should even work on iOS.
