As well as nerd fun with #Sitecore Symposium, Nashville had a lot of great local food too. Hot chicken very much lived up to its name, and nearly defeated me. (Chilli wimp that I am) Fried catfish was great - really tender. With the price of cod, we should steal that for British fish & chips...

A great fried catfish is a vastly underestimated food.
Also - deep fried pickle (gherkin) slices! They were unexpectedly great. (you may be spotting a trend here - a lot of deep fried food last week. Sorry waistline...)
