Bag of Owl. Wondrous Item, Uncommon. An empty, patchwork brown sack that is tied closed with a piece of blue string. The sack has 3 charges and any expended charges are regained at dawn. As an action, you can spend a charge to reach inside the sack and pull out an owl. The species and other specifics of the owl is determined by the DM. This owl is hostile to the person who pulled it out of the sack and will immediately attempt to flee.
Phantom Veil. Cloak. Rare. Requires Attunement. A simple hooded cloak of blue silks that is frayed at it's ends. Incorporeal Movement. As an action, the wearer of this cloak and all their worn equipment can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. This effect lasts up to one minute and can be ended early as a bonus action. If the effect ends while the wearer is inside an object, the wearer is forced into the closest unoccupied space and take 10 (2d10) force damage. Once activated, this ability cannot be used again until the following dawn.

A Dull Blade. Axe, Legendary, Requires Attunement A large cleaver wrapped in white cloth stained with black splotches. You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made when using this weapon. Attacks with this weapon deal an additional 1d6 necrotic damage. Ratio Technique. When you hit creature with this weapon, you can choose to expend this ability to deal an additional 3d6 necrotic damage. Once expended, you cannot use this ability until you complete a long rest or score a critical hit with this weapon. Overtime. If Ratio Technique has been expended, you can choose to gain a level of exhaustion to immediately use the technique.
The Fire Bucket Wondrous Item, Uncommon A large, plain iron bucket with a handle. On the underside of the bucket is a message in several languages saying “Wrong side. Store with this side down to prevent flooding.” When any fire appears within 10ft of this bucket, it instantly fills with 10 gallons of water. This can only occur once per day, regaining it’s effect at dawn. If there is already water in the bucket when the effect activates, it will still generate additional water.
Mace with no Name. Mace. Rare. Requires Attunement. A solid obsidian head with a spiked crown inlaid onto the end of this dense and powerful mace. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Once per day, when you hit a creature with this mace you can cast Modify Memory on the target with a DC of 16. This ability recharges at dawn. Cursed - One without a Name. Once you’ve attuned to this weapon, you cannot unattune to it without the use of Greater Restoration or similar magic. While attuned to this mace, you lose the ability to remember names. Your memory is otherwise unaffected, remembering locations, objects, spells, and people but just not being about to name them.
Pirouette. Shortsword. Rare. Requires Attunement. Shining gold and covered in colorful beads and gems, this shortsword looks more like a ceremonial object than a weapon. The hilt is wrapped in a powerful rainbow colored ribbon that makes the blade easy to twirl around. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Unwinding the ribbon on the hilt allows you to gain 5ft of range when making a melee attack with this weapon. You also gain advantage on Charisma (Performance) skill checks when using this blade. Cursed - Victory Dance. When you reduce a creatures hit points to 0 while holding this weapon, you are immediately compelled to do a victory dance. You must make a DC 18 Charisma Saving Throw and on a failure, you start dancing in place. While dancing, your speed is 0 and you cannot take actions, bonus actions, or reactions. This dance lasts until the start of your next turn.
Grim Glim. Wondrous Item. Legendary. Dark crimson wax forms a small cylinder candle with a black, charred wick. It smells vaguely like lavender. It will never burn down, no matter how long it is lit. When you light this candle and say a creatures true name, as long as the candle is not intentionally doused, it will remain lit until the creature dies. Cursed - A Dark Bargain. When the flame on this candle goes out, the creature who lit the candle immediately dies.
Hunter's Boon. Ring. Very Rare. Does not require attunement. A thick band of obsidian carved with red runes in both infernal and abyssal forming the phrase "The hunter and the hunted". While wearing this ring, you are always aware of the exact location of the closest fiend on your current plane of existence. Cursed - Hunter's Bane. The closest fiend on your current plane of existence knows your exact location.
Mageward Cuirass. Armor - Leather. Very Rare. Requires Attunement. Dark orange with black stripes, this armor is made to resemble the magical tiger-like creatures that inspired it's powerful protective magics. You gain a +1 bonus to your Armor Class while wearing this armor. Spellwarding. When targeted with a spell or magical effect by any other creature, that creature must make a DC 14 Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failure the creature must either target another creature with the spell or ability or lose it. Cursed - Warding Overload. While attuned, this armor cannot be removed without the use of a Remove Curse or similar magics. Creatures using those spells are also affected by the Spellward and must make their saving throw at disadvantage.
Cloak of Bat. Cloak. Uncommon. Does not require Attunement. A simple tan cloak that looks almost like a very thin piece of wood. As a bonus action, you can transform this cloak into a weapon, creating a magical club. It can be reverted back into a cloak with a bonus action. Cursed - Turning Batty. When transforming the cloak into a weapon, roll a d20. On a 1, you are instead turned into the club. You maintain your mental abilities and have blindsight for up to 10ft but are considered an object with an AC of 8 and 10 hit points. You take as much damage as is dealt if you are used for a weapon attack. After 1 minute or if you reach 0 hit points while a bat, you transform back.
Fatestone Amulet. Amulet. Very Rare. Requires Attunement. A tiny, polyhedral, black stone covered in runes along each of its faces, fashioned into a simple amulet. It is believed to be made from a meteorite, because it is said to have come from another world. Lucky Number. Rolling a 7 on any d20 or d100 roll is treated as if it rolled a 10. Cursed - Unlucky Number. Rolling a 13 on any d20 or d100 roll is considered a critical failure.
Reaping Blade. Sickle. Rare. Requires Attunement. A sickle made of pure gold inlaid with shining stones. It seems too grand of a presentation for a simple farming tool or a deadly weapon. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magical weapon. Living creatures hit by this weapon take an additional 3d6 necrotic damage. Cursed - Cost of Life. When you kill a creature with this weapon, you immediately are cursed with Mummy Rot. The cursed target can't regain hit points, and its hit point maximum decreases by 10 (3d6) for every 24 hours that elapse. If the curse reduces the target's hit point maximum to 0, the target dies, and its body turns to dust. The curse lasts until removed by the remove curse spell or other magic.
Sparksilk Gloves. Hands. Uncommon. Requires Attunement. Blue silken gloves weaved with a lightning pattern, with a thin later of leather in the palms. If you listen closely, you can hear them crackle and spark a bit. You may cast the Shocking Grasp spell at will while wearing these gloves. Cursed - Shoddy Enchantment. Small amounts of lighting constantly leak from these gloves. Any time you touch a creature or piece of metal, you and the target are both shocked. This is not enough to cause damage, but enough to be irritating and may cause creatures to distrust or become angry with you.
Farstrider Blade. Shortsword. Uncommon. Requires Attunement. A jade carving of a rearing horse forms the pommel of this blade. Its said to hold the spirit of a warriors mount, allowing the beast to remain at their side forever. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. While holding this blade, your movement speed is increased by 10ft. Cursed - Equine Solidarity. Horses have a strong disdain for whomever wields this weapon, and will not allow you to ride them. Any Wisdom (Animal Handling) check made while interacting with horses automatically fails. You also have disadvantage on any Charisma skill checks made against Centaurs.
Lavish Luck. Amulet. Rare. Requires Attunement. An old, chipped, and damage copper coin hung on a simple string. It’s hard to describe, but it feels like its the only coin you’ll ever need. You gain a +1 bonus to all skill checks and saving throws while wearing this coin. Cursed - Jealous Coin. Once attuned, you feel a great attachment to this coin and refuse to take it off, unless you are the target of a Remove Curse spell or similar magics. You are compelled to pay double for any monetary transaction. You can still haggle and negotiate, but when money changes hands, you pay double what was agreed.
Solar Plate - Plate Armor. Rare. Requires Attunement. A heavy set of plate armor made from a specialized wood that is more durable than steel and covered in a thin later of a rare moss that makes it shine like metal. You gain a +1 bonus to your armor class while wearing this armor. This bonus is increased to +2 when in direct sunlight. Cursed - Light Starved. You are unable to doff this armor once equipped unless you are the target of Remove Curse or similar magic. While not in direct sunlight, you gain one level of exhaustion. This level of exhaustion is removed once entering direct sunlight.
Ring of Aquatic Ruin. Ring. Uncommon. Requires Attunement. A silver band woven into a wave pattern that holds a brilliant aquamarine gem. Hydrophobic. You gain the ability to walk on water. Still water can be traversed as if it was solid ground, and moving water is considered difficult terrain. You are also immune to water-based spells such as Control Water, Tidal Wave, or Watery Sphere. Cursed - Hydrophobic. You lose the ability to swim and sink at double the rate you normally would. Drinking water makes you violently ill, and when you do you must make a DC 13 Constitution Saving Throw or be considered Poisoned until your next Long Rest.
Roguesbane Blade. Dagger. Legendary. Does not require Attunement. A wicked dagger of darkened steel with a hooked blade and hilt of carved skulls. You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, and it deals an additional 3d4 poison damage. Bane of the Rogue. If an attack with this weapon is made with advantage, the target automatically must make a DC 25 constitution save throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. Once expended, this effect cannot be used again for 30 days. Cursed - Assassin’s Folly. The enchantment on this blade is false, and any attempted to identify it’s true effect hides the curse, with the exception of a Wish spell or similar magics. The blade does not grant a bonus to attack and damage rolls, and the only magical effect it has is that any damage it deals is considered non-lethal.
Wrymsguard. Shield. Rare. Require Attunement A steel knight's shield adorned with a coat of arms depicting a knight blocking the breath of a dragon. The color of the drake and the breath change based on the type of damage the shield is attuned to resist. You gain a +2 bonus to your armor class while you wield this shield. When attuning to this shield, choose one of fire, acid, cold, lightning, or poison damage and you gain resistance to this damage type while you wield this shield. Additionally you gain advantage on saving throws versus any breath attack. Cursed - Drake’s Envy. You are unable to unattune to this shield unless you are the target of Greater Restoration or similar magics. You gain vulnerability to the elemental damage types not chosen when attuning to this shield (fire, acid, cold, lightning, or poison). You have disadvantage on all saving throws against any creature whose breath weapon is one of the elements you are vulnerable to.
Battering Bands. Wondrous Item. Uncommon. Requires Attunement. A pair of dull grey wrist bands that seem to always be covered in dust and dirt. When worn, the bands immediately turn to dense stone that lock onto the wearers wrists, adding a lot of heft to their punches. While wearing these bands, your unarmed attacks deal an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage and are considered magical. Once per turn, when hitting a creature while wearing these bands you can use a Bonus Action to cause the target to be shoved 10ft away from you. Cursed. You lose the ability to jump, fall at twice the rate as you normally would, and are vulnerable to damage taken as a result of falling. These bands cannot be removed without the use of a Remove Curse spell or similar magics.
Stone of Hidden Truths. Artifact, Legendary, does not require attunement. This stone holds up to 10 charges. As an action, you can cast any spell of the Transmutation school by expending a number of charges equal to the spells level. If the spell requires material components or has a casting time other than an action, the stone counts as the spells components and the spell is cast as an action. While this stone has at least one charge and your are holding or wearing this stone on your person, your Proficiency Bonus is increased by 2. Cursed. When casting a spell using this stone, roll a d6. One a 1, you immediately die and your soul is trapped inside the stone. The stone then regains charges up to its maximum. Additionally, if a creature dies within 10ft of the stone, their soul is also trapped in the stone, restoring its charges. A creature whose souls is trapped in the stone can never be resurrected and the soul is lost forever.
Blade of the Unending March. Longsword. Legendary. Requires Attunement. A powerful silver blade that has clearly dulled over time. The hilt of the blade holds a functional sundial and swinging it almost feels as though it pulls you forward. You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When this weapon hits, it deals an additional 2d8 (8) thunder damage. Marching On. Your levels of Exhaustion are capped at 4. You are under the effects of the Freedom of Movement spell while wielding this weapon. You may cast Haste targeting yourself once per day, regaining this ability at dawn. Cursed. You loses the ability to sleep, naturally or by magical effects. You can gain the benefits of a long rest by spending 8 hours of light activity, but this long rest will never remove the effects of Exhaustion.
Boots of Bounding. Boots, Uncommon, Required Attunement. A pair of rough, black leather boots that go up to middle of the shins, with 3 sets of laces that cannot be removed from the shoes and always feel a bit too tight, as if the boots are afraid the wearer will jump out of them. When the wearer fails a Wisdom Saving Throw, they gain 1d4+5 (7) temporary hit points until their next long rest. Once per day, the wearer can cast the Jump spell, targetting themselves. Once the spell has been cast this way, it cannot be cast again until the following dawn. Cursed. The wearer has disadvantage on saving throws frighten effects. When the wearer becomes frightened, they automatically gain the effects of the Jump spell for 1 minute and immediately doing a standing jump as far as they can away from the object of their fear. They do not provoke attacks of opportunity from this movement and do not jump into immediate harm, such as off a cliff.
