Architectural unity and magnitude that is in scale; together with unified landscape design, would have enhanced the habitableness of American cities, made them more beautiful, more usable, more congenial, more refined, more coher-ent, by improving their physical aspect, their physiognomies, and thus transforming them into environments that augmented, rather than fragmented, the quality of life. The convergence of two distinct disciplines, cancer and Alzheimer's disease, offers an exciting and untapped opportunity to generate new ideas and to understand the fundamental mechanisms of risk and resilience in both diseases. The curious phenomenon of the inverse correlation between cancer and Alzheimer's disease has the potential to drive innovation and help to identify actionable targets for novel clinical interventions for both diseases.

Triumphal Arch Project Public Comment Summary Report A public comment period for the proposed Triumphal Arch project was conducted from June 5, 2026, to June 15, 2026, in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 regulations. As part of this process, the National Park Service (NPS) initiated consultation, provided public access to project materials, and accepted written comments submitted through the Planning, Environment, and Public Comment (PEPC) system and other channels. This public comment period allowed consulting parties, organizations, and members of the public to review the Assessment of Effects and draft Programmatic Agreement and offer feedback on potential impacts to historic properties, consistent with the requirements of 36 CFR Part 800. The NPS received a total of 100,936 comments during this period. To develop this report, the NPS downloaded the public comments from PEPC and other channels and used artificial intelligence (Al) tools to organize the comments by subject matter themes. NPS staff with expertise in the subjects involved developed and tested tailored prompts to ensure the Al outputs accurately reflected the full range of issues raised by commentors. Using these Al-generated digests as a foundation, NPS subject-matter experts reviewed the comments, synthesized them into broader themes, and prepared this comment report.
