A paragraph from Roberts’ final Author’s Note, saying: Speaking of carving, If Transformers is a mighty oak, or-better-a forest that keeps growing, then it's been my privilege to be able to carve "MTMTE was here" on one of the tree trunks; and to know that over the coming years, every so often, a new Transformers fan will happen upon that tree and-amongst the meta-bombs and Rodimus Stars and grenadoes-find a story that speaks directly to them.
