Photographer whenever I get a chance, med school faculty/Peds ID doc the rest of the time - Minnesota now, before that Philly

Created a duplicate layer and rotated it horizontally with some fine tuning to blend the layers (still a bit of a line though), added a tall ship by removing the background of the US Baltimore from a 2015 Tall Ships celebration and the Split Rock Lighthouse from Northern Minnesota on Lake Superior
Increased the shadows, warmed the light, sharpened and darkened the bicyclist, darkened some of the rocks to stand out, adding gaussian blur with a mask for everything but bridge and bicycle
Opened in camera raw to fix toning, inverted it, played around a little bit with the levels to make it more balanced, Opened it in Topaz to denoise and sharpen, back to Photoshop to add color and replace the sky.
Only elements added to the original, nothing otherwise changed: flamingos from Colombia, a sign and license plate display from a bar and from a water hole in El Yunque a woman holding a baby and a man swimming.
In Photoshop, I cropped it down, did a sky replacement with the rainbow and then added some photos from others that I have taken erasing their backgrounds and adjusting their saturation to match the target.
The main change was to select one of the colors in the rock with a shade of green and then make it a bit fuzzy in the sub-settings of that menu, then played around with the levels a bit and brought up the blue in the sky with some dehazing of the raw image.

Inverted (black to white and vice versa) then isolated Mt. Rainier to emphasize the snow, added vignette and made the sky a bit more stormy.
Cropped, duplicate layer made, red and blue channels switched, new green layer erased over the monument to real the original image, image spherized and then cleaned up in Topaz
Added some sunlight to bring up the overall brightness that also brought out some detail in the shadows then did sky replacement

In Photoshop, I created a second layer and desaturating it and then used the eraser to bring out the color from below on only the signage. Also, a little bit of cropping from the bottom.

Processed in PS iPad version with adding a raindrops layer and vignette, desaturating and a little bit of blur
Processed in Photoshop with sky replacement, brought up the levels, added some fog and of course the men in suits and bowler hats

Reworked in Photoshop and Topaz. Removed color, manual tone shifts to bring out more contrast, sharpness added in Topaz, back to Photoshop with HDR toning and a final touch of slilght posterization.
