Mulder and Scully stand at attention, guns drawn, on a small rock in the middle of a vast water scape at the top of the poster. Beneath them, the remaining 4/5 of the poster is water - within it is the head and neck of a massive sea creature, heading to the surface a la the shark in the Jaws theatrical poster. The remains of a small dog collar float in the water next to the creature. Titles at the top placed behind and beside the agents read "The X-Files" and "David Duchovny" "Gillian Anderson". Stylized titles at the bottom below the creature read "Quagmire" and writing/directing credits.
Studio JJ poster for The X-Files episode "Mind's Eye". Over a bright orange background, the rough impression of two eyes, rendered in black across the top of the poster, feature the red image of a hand wielding a knife in the right eye and a victim screaming in the left. The images repeat 4 more times down the length of the poster in black circles, each getting larger toward the bottom of the page, with the knife rotating further down in each repetition. Studio JJ poster for The X-Files episode "Darkness Falls" released in 2024. The primary focus is a greyscale and shadowed ink drawing of Mulder and Scully (cutting off above their waists) as they appear in the episode. They stand just under a single hanging lightbulb that illuminated only their faces and collars. The agents and lightbulb are backed by a dark grey circle and a black background. The elements of the agents, the bulb, and the circle are each outlined in an eerie lime green. Within the center of the agents, just below the center of the poster, is a drawing of the cabin from the episode (also green), obscured by grey trees that fade into black all around.
