VDP = a money pit.
The VPD is a money black hole, and the primary excuse for Vancouver’s reputation as No Fun City.
Time to audit the VPD. My company does this all the time if we spent too much $ and yield little results.
If you've followed my travels, you know I have a fondness for pedestrian walkways, and for pointing out Vancouver's lack of them compared to all the "world class" cities we aspire to be. But if you can't say how $5 million is being spent, then you're going to get questions.
It’s a racket. Nothing more, nothing less. Spend $200’000 week on children and a UBI and you won’t need so many police.
