Have you seen any tools aiming to take advantage of the remote execution APIs, but not from the context of bazel? Either a gcc wrapper, some make replacement like the old gg paper, or some generic “wrap these inputs and execute this program remotely” lambda-like thing?
More that two weeks later, this hit the HN front page today for a few hours.
