As SIGAR continues its pre-planned termination process, the SIGAR website (SIGAR.mil) has ceased to function as an active website. SIGAR has delivered its final archived version of the website – with all of SIGAR’s public reports and public work products – to the U.S. Government’s “CyberCemetery.” SIGAR expected the archived version of the SIGAR.mil website would be available online in the CyberCemetery shortly after the active SIGAR.mil website ceased. As of today’s date, it is not.  SIGAR does not know why UNT Digital Library/CyberCemetery has not yet published it.

So, Lockheed and XTEND, a Florida-based AI defence company, put a new operating system on a drone.
