A response to a Redit post about updating a production DB without a where clause, causing untold damage. The top reply in the image stated they hadn't done it because they never had the permissions. I replied echoing a similar sentiment, and that tests were always done before DML was handed off to be executed by those who had the privileges to run the changes.
