Flamshe, a mermaid, and Elle, a siren, from Legend of Mana (only from Echoes of Mana). There is the tail end of a word balloon indicating that Flameshe is the one saying the quoted post. This is funny because in the game Legend of Mana Flamshe does basically say something of the same gist. Yes it is still funny even though I explained it in the alt text.

The Katt mii is playing a fun game by showing me the shadow of two objects overlapping and having me guess what they are. The fact that combining these two objects has also, by pure chance, created the silhouette of a small cock and balls is probably why I then immediately lost this game.
