John I have sent numerous messages with contact info for Bear Creek in ont that rescues ,rehabs and releases cougars, they will be happy to take the kittens and raise them till they are old enough to be released.

There is no current data or science that shows cougars are causing Alberta ungulate populations to decline. There is lots of science, however, that shows cougar hunting negatively affects cougar population dynamics. 2/4
