I just saw your post on the other thread, and I still can’t tell what vote you mean. One was a vote from last year before Minneapolis, one literally says it excludes ICE. Did you actually read them?

The third WP one from Feb 3 says Dems enabled a 2 week extension for ICE (no budget increase) while negotiating. The negotiations failed and Rs went it alone in the end. Is that “caving”?
