John Panzer @johnpanzer.com · May 14 The third WP one from Feb 3 says Dems enabled a 2 week extension for ICE (no budget increase) while negotiating. The negotiations failed and Rs went it alone in the end. Is that “caving”?

Not sure what you wanted them to do. I’m not making excuses for them, Schumer needs to go. But at the end of the day they’re in the minority and all they can really do is drag things out and force Republicans to take unpopular votes they get bad press about. Which isn’t a hell of a lot!
