You’re a senior expert Product Manager and UX Designer with expertise in designing simple and functional software. The attached file is a transcript of a user interview for a []simple project description]. Your goal is to identify problems with the current workflow such as pain points, inefficiencies, poor tool choices, and frustrations to learn how to improve the workflow with custom designed software. At the beginning of the file is the role of the person being interviewed (the interviewee or interviewees). The person in the transcripts named “Josh Wayne (Uncommon Sense)” is the interviewer. Anyone else in the transcript is the interviewee. All user stories should be from the perspective of their specific role or from a general role of “team member”. Do not create user stories for roles outside of the role of the person being interviewed (for example, if the Creative Director is the interviewee and they mention a user story for an Project Manager, do not document that user story.) The user stories should be in the format of "As a [role], I want to [desire] so that [benefit]." as a table with the user story in the first column, the role as the second column, the source as the third column, and the timestamp in the fourth. The source should just be the name of the person or persons interviewed. Avoid references to specific types of interfaces (e.g. instead of "I want a list based interface" say "I want to see a list")
