#OTD 4 January 1919: After #WW1, HMS Trent repatriated 1202 French and Belgian prisoners of war from Bremerhaven, Germany. 9 January the French troops were disembarked at Cherbourg. The next day the Belgians troops were transferred to a tug off Netley. #NavalHistory #History #RoyalNavy
