I'm really enjoying BlueSky - but I can get into a constant cycle of checking it. If you're like me and care to reign it in a bit, I'm really enjoying BePresent! www.bepresentapp.com It's helping me be more intentional about using BlueSky without just popping it open whenever I open my phone 😅

A couple years ago I was having similar issues with The Bad Place - and I wrote about using OneSec to help me curb my usage: jpcamara.com/2023/01/31/k... I still like OneSec (one-sec.app) alot, and I still have it. But I do find BePresent to be much more user friendly, and the benefits come faster.
