Toronto Transit Commission Sheppard East LRV Maintenance and Storage Facility The Sheppard East LRV Maintenance and Storage Facility (Sheppard East LRV MSF) is a future facility loacted at 8304 Sheppard Avenue East (near Sheppard and Conlins). The facility will initially accomodate 100 light rail vehicles (LRVs) with expansion planned for 35 more vehicles. Infrastructure Ontario released a request for qualifications on June 1, 2010 for the construction of the facility, and a request for proposals was released in September. The contract will be arwarded in spring 2011 with construction to begin in the summer.
