The whites of the eyes glow green and the irises are knots. Her neck is stretched with a strangely prominent trachea, and her body just a too visible ribcage. The arms are oddly shaped and covered in bark. Her heart is an exposed acorn - for the tree knows the heart is important, but not what it is or why. Hands are hard to grow, and clothes are so very human, after all, so she wears one short red glove and one long blue one, both weathered as they have been lost by walkers. Her hair is vines and she has forgotten humans don’t have leaves. Her spine decends into root tripod legs. You could call her a monster, she’s not, but she’s willing to learn
