Instructions w/pics on how to slow cook ribs in oven. Remove silver skin. Cover with dry rub, wrap in foil and cook at 250F for 2 hours. Then baste with sauce and cook open foil for another 30 minutes. Baste again and broil on high til color is good (5-10 minutes).
