Below a screenshot of a chat conversation: So I went to the Agentur für Arbeit today to ask them to update my address (Im still registered on Prenzlauer Berg, but now Im here) and boy, that did not go well I really just wanted to update my address and ended up hearing the guy almost screaming that we are in Deutschland and in Deutschland we speak German Above my post on Mastodon: Rant übers Arbeitsamt Wann genau fängt die Agentur für Arbeit mal mit Service-Orientierung an, um auch mal für dringend benötigte Immigranten interessant zu sein?! Solche Stories habe ich schon von so vielen Menschen gehört, die mit dem Arbeitsamt zu tun hatten. Dort glaubt man wohl ernsthaft, dass Menschen an Tag 1 in Deutschland Deutsch sprechen können müssten, während sie selber nur 1(!) Sprache sprechen und das in einem Job, der zu einem hohen Grad mit internationalen Kunden zu tun hat 🤷‍♂️
