The current idiots at the CDC claiming that nobody knows anything about how food safety works. It's the first line of advice on their "Preventing Cyclosporiasis" page. The first line is literally "No one fully knows how Cyclospora gets into food and water", of which I guess you can most kindly say contains a load-bearing "fully".

The largest fully-opened set of blossoms has bent and fallen on the blooms in the other pot. It's not a great situation, honestly, but they're dramatically red and white and pink. There's also a small needle-felted owl in his little nest. He does not have a name. I don't know why.
