The spike part of the left eye points inward from the bottom left of the diamond and the spike of the right eye points inward from the bottom right. The mouth is open kind of wide. One small pointed tooth points down from the upper part of the mouth and a slightly larger pointed tooth points upward from the bottom. Igor is trying to look scary but he's mostly just a softy.
