8-9 Kathleen continues to struggle with nausea 9-12 Kathleen inks some pages of her graphic novel and decides to go to bed.
1-3 Kathleen runs a comics workshop at work but gets a blister from shoes that are slightly too small. 3-4 Kathleen tries to read on the skytrain but gets really nauseous (her ONLY weakness).
Top comic is the comic in the prev post. 10-11 Sneaking in a little sewing before work. I'm making house pants. Kathleen stands by an ironing board cutting a strip off the top of a pair of pants. I'm cutting 3 inches out of the rise because when i try the pants on for fit, the waist hits halfway up my ribcage. The pattern is drafted for a 5'4" & I'm 5'8". It's confusing. Kathleen tries the pants on and they look comically gigantic.
9-10 Kathleen lies in bed with her partner. Partner: you sleep okay? Kathleen: Ehnnnnn I kept laying in positions hwere my arms fell asleep and I'd wake up in pain. Bfast is Avjar (european eggplant + pepper spread) and brie on rye toast. Divine.

Text: These are fears that every LGBTQ kid faces in the United States. To remove books that share a message of love and acceptance tells these kids that their fears are founded, that they are not safe or valued. This is more harmful to children than access to reading could ever be, as statistics for suicide amongst LGBTQ youth can attest.
text: Being a kid is hard, and it’s even harder when you do not have the safety and the words to speak truly about who you are.
