This weekend I ran the Black Canyon Ultras 100k and finished with a time of 17:36:15. Yes you read that right. 17.5 hours and 62 miles of running/hiking/hobbling. Couldn't have done it without my crew, Steph, Randi and Rasheed. #running #trailrunning #ultramarathon
