Goodman & Gilman's The Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics, which is typically referred to as the bible of pharmacology..which is really what pharmacists need for a text on 'apothecary'..on a personal note, I am now the chair of Lou Goodman's dept and have his pencil cup.
