Author, podcaster, 1 in 6 survivor, LGBTQ+, happily married, former elected, doing my best to share the lessons I've learned to help others find their way. Also taking a stand to defend the ideals of America from this fascist regime. "Live free or die".

My initial goal was to memorialize my life with my medical foster turned foster failure, when I adopted her. I thought I'd do just 4 episodes to cover our story. I also name and shame a doc who did unspeakable things to her - so in part, the podcast name was a bit of legal cover.
When I was finished Shelby’s story I found I had more to say. I started delving into my past history of abuse, of coming out and the aftermath of same in my family and my life. I need some rebranding. I'll get to that.
