You're... not a coder. There is zero reason for you to use Claude code. What I find funny is that what they're actually incentivizing is engineers running bullshit processes just to juice their usage #s and you pay anthropic on a *usage* model. If lots of companies are doing this it's essentially just a) bloating their expenses, b) subsidizing Anthropic beyond what's real and c) making their entire business model dependent on an outside provider.

Voters are allowed to cast as many votes as there are seats to be filled in the district. For instance, in a two-member district, a voter can vote for up to two candidates, in a ten-seat district, for up to ten candidates. Plurality block voting often results in one party winning all of the seats in the district, as the (cross-sectional) results below for the current representation attest.
