A quick look at the Ordnance Survey maps of the Dorset coast is all you need to see that there was never such a place.

I’d guess AI. Second sentence contradicts the first. All the sentences seem non-sequiturs with little sense that they’re written from a particular POV or about a particular point in time. Of course, people can write badly too.

If it was in a novel, setting the scene for a location, I'd think it was human work. If it was in a tourist information leaflet then I'd suspect AI. The style is disjointed, but it does have its place.

Honestly I have no idea. It has some strange turns of phrase that are a bit awkward to my mind but that doesn't help much 🤔

Im gonna guess human. But it really can go either way, if you ask me. After leaning AI in the beginning, I mostly went human to be contrárian... Not really my style though, and maybe someone with more knowledge and experience with prose of that style will have more confidence in their judgement.

Well, Clearhaven is a private equity fund for software companies rather than a small town in Dorset, so yes.
